Or there could be your friend seasick when the ferry sailed the vast ocean and you panicked and confused, what should be done.

Well, here are some easy tips to avoid seasickness.

1. Before leaving, the stomach should be filled and not empty, but not too full, and for those who lack confidence may drink for a hangover about 15 minutes before departure.

2. If you could choose and there are some who will depart the fleet, choose a big ship, because large ships are able to reduce the sea waves. The ship used to ferry large capacity for hundreds of passengers.

3. Boarding soon to be able to choose a bench in the back of the boat, because for the ship speed 20 knots generally above the front section would be lifted and will be felt for a moment to fly.

4. Inter-island boat tours to the story (usually to the upper level captain) but usually is also the passenger seat. Well, for you who try seasickness did not choose at the top, select in the middle or bottom of it, because the shock is more felt at the top.

5. Select a shady spot and looking for hot no air circulation is good, not musty. If possible a room air-conditioned.

6. Calm your mind, do not be carried away the fear, because fear will occur 5 minutes after the ship left and away from the dock.

7. For those who began to feel nauseous and dizzy should try staring at the horizon, where the islands are far away and take a deep breath in the regular. Prepare a plastic bag to vomit if it can’t be prevented. The ship will not stop even if you throw up. Because if the ship stops, shock waves will hit the hull and will be more cause dizziness and nausea.

What do you do when visiting or staying in the area that you do not master the language. For a traveler, the language barrier is not a big problem. With a number of tips, the travelers can visit the places that they do not understand the language and gain valuable experience.

1. Bringing cheat sheet of paper.

Usually you can bring an index card (or write on the back cover lists the dictionary or your guide book) the words that I would normally see on signs, particularly the words to the contrary, such as: entry-exit; top-down; out – signed; push-pull; wait-go.

2. Back to school

Sign up to the language courses at language institutions in your area. I learn Italian for 9 months in my area a few years ago and learned so many things. Then, you can continue to listen to the tape. These courses will help you understand grammar and how to form sentences.

3. Always smiling

Remember that a smile is always understood in all languages. Many people (especially young people) can speak English, and would be happy to try to talk to you in English if you try to use the words please and thank you in the local language.

4. Master the basic phrases

I always try to understand the language of 50-100 words used in the country I will visit. Especially the phrases like ‘in which …’,’ please …’, ‘thank you’, ‘sorry, I’m not good at speaking”.

5. Eat at local restaurants

For diet, avoid restaurants that use two languages because it is usually a trap for tourists who only offer bad meal at a great price. Find someone who can interpret the menu for you, and you’ll get better food and more authentic.

6. Do not hesitate to ask for help

I also know how to say ‘What do you call here, or how you say it in … ‘So I can point to something and the local people would teach me a new vocabulary. I also say ‘please write to me’, ask someone to write the new words.

7. Make learning the language so your travel destination

“Struggling several years at night school once weeks and finally gave it to learn a foreign language. Intensive two-week trip really opened my eyes. I did not make a big step in the ‘formal learning’, however after a few days, I no longer nervous when speaking in that language. To me, this is a tremendous progress.
