Paradise Island in Hurgada

Paradise Island is an island located in the Red Sea area in Egypt. Paradise Island has become one of the leading attractions in Hurgada. Hurgada city built in the 20th century and since 1980 the Egyptian government continues to expand the area of the city into the main tourism for the red sea. The journey from Cairo to Hurgada spends about seven to eight hours by road along the outskirts of the red sea coast.

“Beautiful”, this word will automatically slide out of your mouth when you sail to the Paradise island. Red Sea (Bahr el Ahmar) is very different from the Mediterranean sea / middle (Bahr al-mutawassit abyad) in Alexandria. The sea that once witnessed the sinking of the pharaohs was very quiet. The waves are relatively small even so quiet I am happy to call it a giant pool.

In the middle of the sea the ships might stop because you might have reached the first area where you are allowed to swim. You might find it scary to swim in the middle of the ocean and dangerous because the terrain is certainly very deep. But after you dive in, you will be thrilled.
